Sam Vidlak

This week we are proud to recognize Hidden Valley High School alumni, Sam Vidlak.
Sam is a graduate of Hidden Valley High School and currently a collegiate junior at Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Sam just completed the football season where as quarterback he threw for 2,387 yards, 27 touchdowns with only four interceptions. That performance along with his character has earned him a nomination for the Walter Payton Award, presented to the national offensive player of the year in Division 1 FCS football. Sam has completed his Bachelor's Degree and will have his Masters by the end of his Senior year. He would like to extend his football career as long as possible, but currently is most excited about the arrival of his first child.
