KRRM 94.7FM, The "Cream" of Country Music

For nearly three decades, KRRM has served Country & Western music fans in the Rogue Valley. With no prior experience, founders Herb and Shirley Bell established a station that exemplified the “spirit of radio.” They built a large and dedicated listener base that warmly embraced the Classic Country format – the “cream” of country radio. Circumstance forced the station off the air late in 2019, leaving long-time listeners to wonder, “What’s next?”

KRRM 94.7FM, Your "Brand" of Country

To the delight of Southern Oregon’s Country music fans, KRRM returned to the airwaves January 04, 2021. After a year of tough negotiation with the FCC, Grants Pass Broadcasting proudly welcomed KRRM to its station lineup. Found once again at 94.7 FM and streamed online, KRRM delivers “Your Brand of Country” – some of the best-loved Country music and Americana spanning several decades. The station is heard in Grants Pass, Cave Junction, Rogue River, Medford and surrounding areas.

Additionally, KRRM offers weekend programming celebrating the American Cowboy, music and poetry of the West, as well as positive and uplifting Sunday programs with that warm, Country sound.

As American as apple pie and comfortable as your favorite blue jeans, KRRM – 94.7FM celebrates its American heritage and honors the boot-strap legacy of its founders. On the road, in your car or pickup, in the barn, or at home, K “Double R” M is as welcome as an old friend -- a genuine, trusted presence.
